Hi, I’m Agnese … and I’m so glad you’re here.

My journey to becoming a Health Coach wasn’t a straight line. I actually started out as a restaurant owner, deeply connected to food, people, and creating experiences. From there, I pivoted into the world of Real Estate, helping others find homes and build lives. But deep down, I always felt pulled toward something more — something that aligned with my passion for wellness, healing, and living with purpose.

That inner calling eventually led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I became a Certified Health Coach and finally stepped fully into the work that truly lights me up.

Today, I’m the founder of AgneseHustle, where I bring a heart-centered, whole-person approach to health. I draw inspiration from Traditional Chinese Medicine & Ayurveda, for gut health, detox practices, and integrative healing to help you get to the root of what's really going on — not just treat the symptoms. I provide holistic guidance and practical support for women navigating the transitions of perimenopause and menopause - helping balance hormones naturally, restore energy, and enhance overall well-being.
